If you’ve placed an order with us and would like to cancel, you can contact us to request this anytime before we’ve assigned a writer to your order.
Simply log into your customer control panel, and send us a message stating that you wish to cancel the order, and if possible, your reasons why.
If the order has not been assigned to a writer, we’ll cancel it straight away for you. If you’ve made a payment to your order, we’ll refund this back to you.
