A short and succinct corporate Mission Statement, using the Ashbridge Mission Model, lays out the following objectives.
1. The company shall make its products in accordance with the norms laid down by the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom
2. The company shall engage customers, in the UK and outside, with ethical marketing and sales practices based upon products that have variety, quality, reliability, safety and competitive prices.
3. The company will make all efforts to streamline production facilities and practices, in all its aspects, in order to ensure sound human resource practices, quality, reliability, cost economies and profitability.
4. The company will work towards achieving sales, production and profitability objectives based upon maximising returns to its various stakeholders, namely customers, suppliers, employees, investors and regulatory authorities.
