The section on research methodology has been amended suitably and now follows a detailed process wherein the findings of the literature review are used as a base for selection of qualitative methods for research.
2. Also u have used focus groups as a research method which needs to be changed to interviews. All the other stuff is excellent.
This has been done with appropriate reasons.

1. Introduction
Conferences have played important roles in society since the beginning of mankind. All aspects of human society, be they related to economics, politics, business, religion or warfare, have been influenced by small or big conferences, between people at different levels of power, wealth and influence. Most civilisations, ancient or modern have records of important conferences, whose deliberations and decisions altered the course of society. With time, their role in human life has assumed even greater significance. Societal developments and advances have opened up numerous topics and issues that need discussion and debate, leading, in turn, to an exponential increase in the occurrence of such events.
This widespread urge of people, to meet and confabulate, has led to conferences becoming not just a multibillion dollar global industry but also a major revenue driver of the tourism industry. Thousands of locations, all over the world, vie with each other to hold conferences. Large and well appointed convention centres have become integral components of modern day town planning projects. The business has also become well segmented and it is possible to differentiate the conference market by way of size, nature, composition and location. While most organisers prefer to organise conferences at regular locations, like hotels and convention centres, the use of unusual venues for hosting such events is also gaining currency. Sepia photographs of Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin, at their 1945 conference in the Crimean city of Yalta, serve to remind the world of the preferences people have historically had for unusual locations, and that too in the most difficult of times. (Martin, 2007)
The growing use of unusual venues for use in meetings and conferences has led to the emergence of various problems and challenges, both for the organisers and for the operational people who handle on site arrangements.
